It's a LotusScript agent ...

Regarding agent's Runtime security level, I chose "2. Allow restricted operations". But the error appears to be a MS Windows permission issue when it tries to extract an EXCEL file to a folder on PCs.

Just an extra clarification. I am very anxious to resolve this issue. Thanks again.
